What is a Mobile Notary Public?
A Notary Public is a state-appointed official authorized to verify identities, witness signatures, and administer oaths to help deter fraud and ensure document authenticity. A mobile notary public brings this service to you, traveling to a convenient location for added flexibility, with travel fees in addition to standard notarization rates.

Do you offer mobile notary services?
Yes! I travel to your location for your convenience. Service areas include the Coachella Valley and surrounding areas. Mileage fees are applied to your fees.

What forms of ID are acceptable for notarization?
Valid government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, state ID card, U.S. passport, or other approved identification per California law. The ID must be current or issued within the past 5 years.

What if I don’t have proper identification?
If you do not have acceptable ID, California law allows the use of two credible witnesses who personally know you and can verify your identity. They must present their identification.

Do you provide loan signing services?
No. I am not trained as a loan signing agent.

How much do you charge?

Do you notarize immigration documents?
I can notarize certain immigration-related documents as permitted by California law, but I cannot provide immigration advice or prepare forms as I am not qualified or bonded as an immigration consultant.

Are there documents you cannot notarize?
Yes. I cannot notarize documents with missing information, blank spaces, or if you are not present. I also cannot notarize documents if I believe you are being coerced or do not understand what you are signing.

Do you offer after-hours or weekend appointments?
Yes! Evening and weekend appointments are available for an additional fee.

How do I pay for notary services?
We accept cash, credit/debit card, CashApp, money order, Venmo, or can bill you via Square.

Do you keep a record of my documents?
No. I do not keep copies of your documents. I only record the details of the notarization in my official notary journal as required by California law.

Are you available on holidays and weekends?
Yes, I am available for notarizations on weekends and holidays for an additional rate.

What do you consider holidays?
Certain days are considered “holidays” for our notary services, including official federal and California holidays, as well as some special days we observe as a family. Please check our schedule in advance:
