Simple, transparent policies to help your appointment go smoothly.

1. Appointment Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance via text, email, or online booking via Google Calendar.

  • Same-day appointments may be available depending on location and availability.

2. Identification Requirements

  • All signers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of the appointment (driver’s license, state ID, passport, or other accepted forms under California law). Click here for more info.

  • Expired, damaged, or otherwise invalid IDs cannot be accepted.

3. Late Arrival Policy

  • Please arrive on time (or be ready for mobile service) at your scheduled appointment time.

  • A 10-minute grace period is provided; after that, your appointment will be rescheduled or subject to a late fee of $10.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled and a cancellation fee of $15 will apply.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Same-day cancellations may incur a fee of $25-50, depending on distance.

  • Rescheduling is available at no additional charge if arranged at least 24 hours prior.

5. Payment Policy

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Accepted forms of payment: cash, credit/debit card (via Square), Venmo, and CashApp.

  • Returned payments or chargebacks will incur an additional $35 fee.

6. Refusal of Service

  • I reserve the right to refuse service, if:

    • Proper identification is not provided​.

    • The signer appears unwilling, coerced, or unable to understand the document.

    • The client refuses to provide document images in advance for review.

    • The location or circumstances are unsafe or inappropriate.

    • The document is incomplete or violates California law.
